Process

House of Xi, a premium Asian cuisine cloud kitchen in Kokapet, Hyderabad, was faced with the challenge of creating an effective brand strategy that would resonate with their target audience and stand out in the highly competitive food industry. With the goal of serving cravings at a click, House of Xi enlisted the help of a branding and social media marketing agency to establish a compelling and distinctive brand identity and connect with their desired demographic.

Branding:

To begin the branding strategy, we developed a logo and tagline that captured the essence of the brand and appealed to the target audience. The logo featured a stylized “X” in bold black and white, conveying a sense of sophistication and elegance. We also developed the tagline "Delixiously Asian", which emphasizes the brand's commitment to delivering authentic and delicious Asian cuisine. We then created a comprehensive brand guide to ensure consistency in all brand communications, including the design of outdoor and digital posters and hoarding. Package designs were also developed to create a cohesive and visually appealing brand experience for customers.

Social Media Marketing:

With the branding strategy in place, we turned our attention to social media marketing to connect with the target audience and drive sales. In the initial days following the brand's launch, our well-executed social media marketing strategy resulted in a substantial 40% upsurge in day-to-day organic sales.

We created several campaigns to engage the audience and promote the brand, including:

  • #ThatswhatXisaid Campaign for Valentine's Day 
  • #XiCelebrateShe Campaign for Women’s Day. 
  • The Travel Asia without Moving an Inch campaign was designed specifically keeping in mind the brand vision to make people travel the world without moving an inch at the comfort of their homes and focused on showcasing the flavors and cultural experiences of Asian cuisine.

Experiential Marketing:

To further engage with the target audience and provide an immersive brand experience, we are currently working on experiential marketing for House of Xi. Our goal is to create unique and memorable experiences.
