Problem Statement:

Hirize Developers, a construction company that builds exceptional gated communities in prime locations in Hyderabad, was facing a challenge. They had low brand awareness and recall, were struggling to engage potential customers, and had unsold inventory in one of their gated communities.

That's when we stepped in. We took a comprehensive approach to help Hirize Developers achieve their branding and business objectives. We categorized our entire approach into Brand Objectives and Business Objectives.

For Brand Objectives

  1. When we started working with them they had been in the industry for 7 years but didn’t have enough Brand Awareness and Recall. So We created campaigns that drove brand awareness and recall, and engagement for the brand which positioned the brand as a Thought leader in the industry.. 
  2. Some of these campaigns included The Feeling of Home Contest, Choose a Home Closer to Workplace Campaign, All You Need to Know, and Rize with Us Campaign which was for Investors and Home Buyers.

After a thorough analysis of Hirize Developers' brand and vision, we recommended a rebranding strategy to better align their brand identity with their values and goals.

The existing branding lacked the depth and resonance that the brand intended to convey, which hindered its ability to connect with its target audience

By rebranding, Hirize Developers was able to reinvent its image and align its brand identity with its vision and goals. We worked closely with the client to create a new logo, tagline, and brand personality that were in line with their values and aspirations.

The new branding was not only visually appealing but also reflected the company's commitment to building exceptional homes in prime locations. The refreshed brand identity helped increase the recognition and awareness of Hirize Developers, making it more appealing and memorable to potential homebuyers and investors. Ultimately, the rebranding effort helped the company achieve greater success and growth in the competitive real estate industry.

For Business Objectives

When we initially started we had a challenging task of selling only unsold ground floor units for one of their previous project, considering the fact that ground floor units are the hardest to sell. It was Strategised properly by understanding the exact target group for the ground floor homes especially in that area and through performance marketing, we were able to generate around INR 7 Cr worth of leads who were not only interested in the current project but also in the upcoming projects, which added to subsequent sales.

We helped Hirize Developers with their upcoming project by creating a name, logo, and brochure, as well as a pre-launch marketing campaign that generated high quality leads.

We also focused on highlighting the letter "E" in their project name "Elysia" as the focal point of attention to make the project more memorable and stand out

We were the early creators of The Golden Triangle of Hyderabad, A Concept which signifies the enormous growth happening in between three regions Kokapet, Financial District and Mokila in which the project also lies.

It was used as the Anchor point for all marketing campaigns there on which attracted hundreds of potential customers and the project had 50% closings by the launch phase.
